Instructions
- Slice the cucumber thinly, put in a bowl with the salt and toss well. Let it sit at least 15 minutes to release water. (15 minutes)
- Strain the cucumber and add all the other ingredients.
- Adjust the taste with salt, honey or sriracha if needed. Eat cold.
