Asian cucumber salad

Instructions

  1. Slice the cucumber thinly, put in a bowl with the salt and toss well. Let it sit at least 15 minutes to release water. (15 minutes)
  2. Strain the cucumber and add all the other ingredients.
  3. Adjust the taste with salt, honey or sriracha if needed. Eat cold.
