0.5 green paprika
0.5 cucumber (small)
0.5 red onion (small)
1 garlic (clove)
2.5 mL sugar
2.5 mL balsamic vinegar
30 mL olive oil
150 mL water
pinch chili powder
salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions

Blend all ingredients together until smooth.
