Miso roasted butternut

Instructions

  1. Cut the butternut in 2 and remove the seeds.
  2. Mix all other ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Score the butternut with a knife and brush the miso mix generously.
  4. Roast in the oven at 180C until tender. (around 40 minutes)
