Instructions
- Cook the onion in olive oil for 5-10 minutes.
- Add the garlic, tomato paste and spices and heat for 1-2 minutes.
- Add the crushed tomatoes, chickpeas and bouillon and cook on low heat for 10-15 minutes.
- Optionally add vermicelli and cook a few more minutes until tender.
- Adjust taste with salt and pepper.
- Serve with fresh parsley.
