Moroccan tomato soup

Instructions

  1. Cook the onion in olive oil for 5-10 minutes.
  2. Add the garlic, tomato paste and spices and heat for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Add the crushed tomatoes, chickpeas and bouillon and cook on low heat for 10-15 minutes.
  4. Optionally add vermicelli and cook a few more minutes until tender.
  5. Adjust taste with salt and pepper.
  6. Serve with fresh parsley.
