Noodle wok

Instructions
- Chop all the veggies in slices and stir-fry one at a time for a few minutes on medium-high heat with wok oil
- Stir-fry the fake chicken (or other protein) for a few minutes
- Boil the noodles according to the package instructions
- In a bowl dissolve the cornstarch in 2 tbsp of soy sauce, when homogenous add all the other sauce ingredients
- Put all stir-fried ingredients in the pan and add the sauce, cook for a few minutes
- Serve with noodles and chopped spring onions as topping

Ingredients
- 30 mL cornstarch
- 30 mL soy sauce
- 30 mL dark soy sauce
- 15 mL vegetable oil
- 5 mL toasted sesame oil
- 15 mL rice vinegar (or lime juice)
- 5 mL sugar
- 10 mL garlic and ginger paste
- 5 mL chili flakes
- white pepper (to taste)
