Pokebowl

Instructions
- Put the soaked rice and the cold water in a pan on high heat.
- As soon as it boils, put on the lowest heat with a tight lid until all the water is absorbed. (approximately 8 minutes)
- Turn the heat off and let it sit for at least 15 minutes before removing the lid. Let it cool down. (at least 15 minutes)
- Heat up the rice vinegar, sugar and salt in a pan until all dissolved then mix with the rice.
- Dice all veggies and chop the spring onions, store all separately.
- Cook the protein in a pan or in an airfryer until crispy.
- Assemble the pokebowl with rice, veggies of choice and sauce.

- 15 mL soja sauce
- 15 mL lime juice
- 5-10 mL toasted sesame oil
- 5 mL sriracha
