Pokebowl

Rice 👥 4 portions Fast: ⭐⭐ Easy: ⭐⭐

Instructions

  1. Put the soaked rice and the cold water in a pan on high heat.
  2. As soon as it boils, put on the lowest heat with a tight lid until all the water is absorbed. (approximately 8 minutes)
  3. Turn the heat off and let it sit for at least 15 minutes before removing the lid. Let it cool down. (at least 15 minutes)
  4. Heat up the rice vinegar, sugar and salt in a pan until all dissolved then mix with the rice.
  5. Dice all veggies and chop the spring onions, store all separately.
  6. Cook the protein in a pan or in an airfryer until crispy.
  7. Assemble the pokebowl with rice, veggies of choice and sauce.

Ingredients
  • 60 mL mayonnaise
  • 15 mL soja sauce
  • 15 mL lime juice
  • 5-10 mL toasted sesame oil
  • 5 mL sriracha
