Portobello burgers

Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together all marinade ingredients.
- Place mushroom caps smooth side down in a large plate or baking sheet. Pour marinade over mushrooms.
- Brush both sides of the mushrooms with marinade, making sure they are evenly coated. Cover and let sit for 30 minutes, re-brushing both sides once during the process. (30 minutes)
- Cook for 5 to 7 minutes per side, or until the mushrooms are tender. (10-14 minutes)
- Serve the mushrooms with buns and all usual burger ingredients.

- 45 mL balsamic vinegar

- 15 mL soja sauce
- 5 mL dried oregano
- 2 garlic, minced (large cloves)
- 2.5 mL smoked paprika
- 5 mL dried basil
