Ratatouille pasta

Instructions

  1. Thaw the vegetables in the fridge overnight or put them in a plate and thaw in the microwave at 350W for 5-7 minutes.
  2. Cook the vegetables in a pan for a few minutes then add the tomato, herbs and spices. Cook for ~10 minutes.
  3. In the meantime, boil the pasta or pearl couscous with the stock cube.
  4. Serve the pasta with the sauce and optionally rasped cheese.
