Rib corn cobs

Instructions
- Cut each cob in 4 long pieces.
- Mix the olive oil and seasoning and brush the rub on each corn piece.
- Bake at 200C for 30-35 minutes until golden. (30-35 minutes)
- Mix the mayo.
- Serve the cobs with the mayo and optional toppings (parmesan, chili flakes, chives).
