Roasted sweet potato

Instructions

  1. Peel the sweet potatoes and cut in 2cm cubes.
  2. Put the sweet potato cubes and maizena in a big bowl and toss well until all the cubes are covered. Let it sit for a few minutes so all the moisture gets absorbed.
  3. Add the oil and all the spices, toss well and lay the sweet potato on baking sheets. Make sure the cubes don't touch.
  4. Roast at 200C until crispy, at least 30 minutes. If you want them really crispy, finish with a few minutes on grill mode but don't let them burn. (30+ minutes)
  5. If you have leftovers, reheat in the oven or ideally in an airfryer to make them crispy again.
