Roasted sweet potato

Instructions
- Peel the sweet potatoes and cut in 2cm cubes.
- Put the sweet potato cubes and maizena in a big bowl and toss well until all the cubes are covered. Let it sit for a few minutes so all the moisture gets absorbed.
- Add the oil and all the spices, toss well and lay the sweet potato on baking sheets. Make sure the cubes don't touch.
- Roast at 200C until crispy, at least 30 minutes. If you want them really crispy, finish with a few minutes on grill mode but don't let them burn. (30+ minutes)
- If you have leftovers, reheat in the oven or ideally in an airfryer to make them crispy again.
