Instructions

  1. Chop all the veggies in big/medium pieces and cook in olive oil for 10 minutes. (10 minutes)
  2. Add the spices, the crumbled cubes of bouillon and 1L of water.
  3. Cook under pressure for 20 minutes. If you don't have a pressure cooker, cook with a lid for 30 minutes. (20-30 minutes)
  4. Add the other ingredients, blend and adjust the taste with salt and pepper.
  5. Serve with optional toppings.
