Instructions
- Chop all the veggies in big/medium pieces and cook in olive oil for 10 minutes. (10 minutes)
- Add the spices, the crumbled cubes of bouillon and 1L of water.
- Cook under pressure for 20 minutes. If you don't have a pressure cooker, cook with a lid for 30 minutes. (20-30 minutes)
- Add the other ingredients, blend and adjust the taste with salt and pepper.
- Serve with optional toppings.
