Taboulé/Bulgur salad

Instructions

  1. Put the bulgur in a bowl, add 200mL of boiling water, cover with a lid and let it sit. (10-15 minutes)
  2. Cook the onion in a frying pan for a few minutes then add the paprika powder and tomato paste. Cook for 1-2 minutes then stop the heat.
  3. Mix this with the cooked bulgur and add all the other ingredients.
  4. Let it sit to let the flavors develop. (20 minutes)
