Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients for the pico de gallo and reserve in the fridge.
- Cook the paprikas a few minutes in olive oil then add the chili, fake meat and spices. After 2-3 minutes add the beans, corn and taco sauce.
- When the mix is warm enough, serve on a pre-warmed taco shell or tortilla with rasped cheese, pico de gallo and lettuce.

- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 1 small onion, diced (red preferred)
- 1 lime (zest and juice)
- 1 fresh coriander, chopped (a bunch)
- 0.5 red chili, chopped small
- salt
