Tacos

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients for the pico de gallo and reserve in the fridge.
  2. Cook the paprikas a few minutes in olive oil then add the chili, fake meat and spices. After 2-3 minutes add the beans, corn and taco sauce.
  3. When the mix is warm enough, serve on a pre-warmed taco shell or tortilla with rasped cheese, pico de gallo and lettuce.

Ingredients
  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • 1 small onion, diced (red preferred)
  • 1 lime (zest and juice)
  • 1 fresh coriander, chopped (a bunch)
  • 0.5 red chili, chopped small
  • salt
