Instructions
- Whisk together all of the ingredients except the rice paper in a wide bowl until the nutritional yeast is incorporated well; prepare a second wide bowl filled partway with water.
- Dip 2 rice paper sheets stacked together into the water for 5-10 seconds to fuse them, then dip them in the marinade to coat both sides.
- Try to remove air bubbles and cut into 2-3 strips.
- Repeat with additional rice paper until all the marinade is used.
- Bake for about 7 to 9 minutes at 200°C or fry in a pan until crispy, be careful not to burn them. (7-9 minutes)
- Once fully cooled, store leftover rice paper bacon in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days. Reheat in an airfryer if possible to make them fully crispy again.
